This is just our farm, making available to few good folks who do not have access to enjoy the outdoors and hunt a deer.
It is NOT a profressionally managed deer ranch. We're not cooking for you, or sitting in the woods with you.
We can drive out and drive in the game for you.
We have a lot of deer, and other wildlife, on 170 acres and an extra house on the property, so we're going to offer some guests this year.
We have ground stands within easy walking distance to the house and you'll probably see some right out the back porch door !
This is 3 miles north of Pocahontas, AR so just a short drive into a town with ample places to eat and get any extra supplies you might need.
It's a 2 hour drive from Memphis or from Little Rock.
It's about 50 minutes drive from Jonesboro which makes a nice day-trip so the spouse can come and enjoy the time together.

$550: Friday -Sunday; 2 Hunters, and up to 2 guests
$450: Tuesday - Thursday; 2 Hunters, plus up to 2 Guests
$250; 3rd Hunter: 3 MAXIMUM

Reasonable Deer Gun for the SPORT of hunting. Not multi-action, machine guns, bump stocks, etc.
If you shoot any cattle it better be by BIG accident and you buy it at live market price.
1/2 downpayment to reserve, rest on arrival.
Valid State Issue ID, Arkansas hunt license, and Hold-Harmless agreement upon arrival.
Cancellations... Will return the 1/2 downpayment IF had time to fill the dates with other guests. (Does that sound fair?)
